Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your video's audio. Only the sound is uploaded from your device; the picture stays with you unless you choose lip matching (which needs the video file).
- Order details: the languages you pick, your video's length, the price, and download links.
- Your IP address, used only to prevent abuse (rate limiting).
There are no accounts and no passwords. We don't run advertising trackers.
Who processes your data
- ElevenLabs dubs your audio. They retain dubbing inputs under their own policy — their zero-retention option does not cover dubbing. This is the one retention we can't switch off, so we're telling you plainly.
- SyncLabs does lip matching, only if you choose that add-on.
- Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Cloudflare hosts the service (US region).
How long we keep it
48 hours. Your uploads, dubbed files, and order records are deleted automatically 48 hours after your order. Download links expire. After that, your files are gone from our systems.
